The current fixture list is as follows. However, please note that this is
subject to change as we will always try to choose the most suitable events
that we can. The intention is to run one event a month.
Saturday 29 September - Henley Gate. Sunday 23 October - Elstead Saturday 10 November - Witley Common Saturday 8 December - Alice Holt Saturday 12 January - Ash South Saturday 15 March - Bagshot Heath
Esher District Scouts will be attending events listed above. Please contact your section leader by 9pm on the Thursday before each event if you wish to attend so that sufficient transport can be arranged. Meet at 1st Hinchley Wood Scout Headquarters, Lynwood, Lynwood Road, Thames Ditton at 9.00am. Wear trainers, light but warm clothing that might get muddy, bring a waterproof top and £5.00, preferably in coins. There are usually drinks available after the event but no other refreshments. Please contact [your section leader] on [section leader's phone number] if you wish to attend this event so that sufficient transport can be arranged. Esher District will provide transport from Lynwood to the event and back to Lynwood. Return to Lynwood should be around 12.30pm. Each troop should make its own arrangements for transporting their members home from Lynwood. Obviously car-sharing will make this a lot easier, so please let your section leader know if you can help. Your section leader can advise you whether any of your local leaders will be attending.
